Policy for the Return of Original Artwork

I really want you to love living with your painting. If the original artwork doesn't satisfy you entirely, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it for a full refund. After 7 days I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Shipping is is at your cost and items must be packaged with care.

To complete your return, you must reach out to me at igsartstudio (at) gmail dot com within 7 days of receipt to request a return.

I am not able to offer refunds in the following cases for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item where a return is requested more than 7 days after receipt.
